Suzuki Alto — accident repair

The brief

The car had taken a hit to the front corner. The bumper was folded in, the headlight was pushed back and the windscreen had cracked from the impact.

The owner needed it back on the road quickly, and wanted the repair documented for insurance.

What we did

• Photographed damage report and itemised quotation prepared for the insurer
• Front bumper removed, mounting brackets straightened and repaired
• Headlight unit restored and reseated correctly
• Panel edges pulled and straightened, then primed and refinished
• Windscreen replaced with new urethane bonding and water tested
• Final alignment check, road test and valet

The result

Panel gaps restored, lights aimed correctly and a leak-free windscreen — back on the road inside the week.
