We are on Kamiti Road in Ruiru Town, Kiambu County — along the Ruiru Prison Road stretch, next to Shell Penta. Coming from Thika Road, take the Ruiru exit and follow Kamiti Road. Call 0704 919 556 and we will guide you in.
Walk-ins are welcome for assessments and quotations. For major work — resprays, accident repairs and restorations — booking ahead means we can reserve workshop space and order parts in advance.
It depends on the vehicle size, the number of panels, how much rust and dent repair is needed, and whether you want a colour change. Send photos on WhatsApp or bring the car in, and we will give you a free written quotation with a breakdown.
Yes. Assessment and quotation are free with no obligation. For very large restoration surveys we may agree a small inspection fee up front, which we credit back if you proceed — we will always tell you first.
Small dent work is often same-day. Panel and paint work on a few panels takes two to four days. A full respray typically takes one to two weeks, and restorations run in stages over months. Your quotation includes a realistic estimate.
We prepare photographed damage reports and itemised quotations that you can submit to your insurer, and we liaise with assessors during inspection. Payment terms depend on your policy.
In most cases we can arrange recovery or towing around Ruiru, Kiambu and northern Nairobi. Call us with your location and we will confirm.
Yes — we stand behind our workmanship. Specific terms depend on the job: paint work, mechanical repairs and parts each carry different expectations. We put the relevant terms in your quotation.
We handle most petrol and diesel cars, pickups and vans in common use in Kenya — Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Isuzu, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen and more. If you have something unusual, call and ask.
Yes. We work with a network of parts suppliers in Nairobi and can import for vintage and rare vehicles. Lead times and prices are confirmed before you commit.
We consider trade-ins against vehicles in our stock, and in some cases we can sell your vehicle on your behalf. Bring it in for an assessment.
Yes. Restorations are commonly run as funded stages — we agree the next stage, you approve the cost, and work continues. Nothing is started without your approval.
M-Pesa and bank transfer are the standard methods, with cash accepted at the workshop. Please confirm details when you approve your quotation.
Most work happens at our Kamiti Road workshop, because the booth and equipment live there. Some services, such as windscreen fitting and assessments, can be arranged on site within Ruiru.
